Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, “LM88”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the gaming service and its operator. “Player”, “you” and “your” refer to any person who visits, registers with or uses LM88. “Account” means the personal profile created for access to LM88. “Services” include all casino games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment facilities and support functions made available through the platform.

Registration, Accuracy and Account Security

False, misleading or incomplete information may result in account restrictions, delayed payments or closure.

Unless LM88 gives written approval, each person may operate only one account. Duplicate accounts created by the same player, household, device, payment source or coordinated group may be reviewed. LM88 may close duplicate accounts and adjust bonuses, winnings or transactions where the accounts were used to obtain an unfair advantage.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password, authentication details and devices. Do not share access with another person. If you suspect unauthorised use, notify LM88 support promptly and change your credentials. Activity completed using valid account details may be treated as authorised unless LM88 determines otherwise after investigation.

Deposits and Payment Methods

LM88 may offer deposits in MYR through selected Malaysian payment channels, which may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong. The methods available to a particular player may vary according to account status, transaction value, technical availability and verification requirements.

Deposits must come from a payment account or wallet that you are authorised to use and that is held in your own name where account ownership is recorded. LM88 may reject third-party payments, request ownership evidence or return funds to their original source. Minimum and maximum amounts shown in the LM88 cashier at the time of payment apply.

You must review all details before confirming a transaction. Processing estimates are indicative and may be affected by banks, e-wallet operators, FPX maintenance, network congestion or security checks. LM88 does not guarantee that every deposit will be instantaneous. Deposited funds must not be used as a money-transfer facility.

Betting, Game Rules and Settlement

A wager is accepted only when it has been recorded by the LM88 system and confirmed in your account history. Requests that remain pending, fail validation or are interrupted before confirmation may not constitute accepted wagers. You should check the wager slip and account record before assuming a bet is active.

Individual casino and sportsbook products may contain additional rules governing minimum stakes, maximum payouts, event cancellation, dead heats, abandoned matches, technical interruptions and result settlement. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one claim per player, household, device, payment method or shared network. LM88 may withhold or cancel a bonus if it reasonably identifies duplicate claims, coordinated activity, low-risk hedging, irregular betting patterns or other attempts to obtain promotional value without genuine play.

Cash balances and bonus balances may be used or converted according to the order shown in the relevant offer. A withdrawal request made before the applicable wagering requirement is completed may cause the remaining bonus and bonus-derived winnings to be removed. Expired promotional credit has no cash value.

Withdrawals and Identity Verification

LM88 withdrawals are subject to account verification, available balance, payment-method compatibility and any applicable wagering or transaction review. You must provide accurate recipient details. LM88 is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect bank account, e-wallet number or cryptocurrency address supplied by you.

Documents must be genuine, clear and unaltered. Review times vary depending on document quality, account history and the complexity of the required checks.

Where practical, LM88 may return funds through the original deposit route. E-wallet, bank and cryptocurrency processing times differ, and external institutions may conduct additional checks. A displayed estimate is not a guaranteed completion time. Daily or monthly withdrawal limits may depend on the player's membership level and the limits shown in the cashier.

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

You must use LM88 honestly and only for personal entertainment. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Using false identities, forged records, stolen funds or payment methods belonging to another person.
• Colluding with other players, manipulating outcomes or coordinating opposite wagers to exploit promotions.
• Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, scraping systems or unauthorised software to interact with LM88.

LM88 may investigate suspicious activity, delay transactions during a reasonable review and share information with relevant payment, fraud-prevention or regulatory parties where legally permitted. Confirmed violations may result in wager cancellation, removal of improperly obtained funds, account closure or other proportionate action.

Responsible Gambling and Player Control

LM88 is intended for entertainment, not as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulty. All casino games and sports wagers involve risk, and previous outcomes do not guarantee future results. You should set an affordable entertainment budget, avoid chasing losses and never gamble with money required for rent, food, education, healthcare or debt repayment.

Eligible players may request deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion, subject to the tools available through LM88. Once a self-exclusion request is active, you must not attempt to reopen access or create another account. LM88 may close linked accounts identified during the exclusion period.

Account Suspension, Closure and Dormancy

LM88 may suspend, restrict or close an account where there is reasonable concern about age, identity, payment ownership, fraud, prohibited conduct, responsible-gambling risk, duplicate registration or breach of these terms. Accounts with no login, deposit, withdrawal or wagering activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. Any dormancy procedure or administrative charge will be communicated before it is applied and will remain subject to applicable requirements. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

LM88 aims to provide a stable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, internet disruption, mobile network conditions, device limitations, payment outages, cyber incidents or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, LM88 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from service interruption, device failure, an external provider's delay or a player's failure to protect account credentials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

LM88 records will generally be used to determine account activity, wagers, balances and transaction timing. If you identify a discrepancy, notify support promptly and provide the relevant date, amount, game, event or transaction reference so that LM88 can investigate.
